Job summary

PruittHealth in Columbia, SC is hiring a Registered Nurse Navigator for a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (8:30am–5:00pm). You will support patients and families, coordinate care, and work with an interdisciplinary team to promote transitions and outcomes.

Active RN license in the state, at least 3 years of nursing experience, and strong collaboration skills are required. PruittHealth offers merit increases, preceptorship, and comprehensive health plans.

• 3 years professional nursing experience
