Job summary

Quality Talent Group is helping a nonprofit health system recruit Registered Nurses to join a mission-driven team. Roles include day and night shifts with full-time or part-time options, across multiple specialties.

You will provide comprehensive nursing care, monitor medications, educate patients and families, and document care plans. Requirements: active RN license and BLS; ability to work independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long-term goals for patient outcomes
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team-based care
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered
