Job summary

Quality Talent Group is representing a client seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for multiple specialties. Positions include full-time and part-time schedules with Day/Night shifts in a health system across several states.

RNs will provide comprehensive care, monitor treatments, educate patients, and collaborate within a healthcare team. Required are an active RN license (state or compact) and a BLS certification, with ability to work independently and with teams to achieve positive patient

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license.
• BLS certification is required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long‑term goals for patient outcomes.
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources.
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team‑based care.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.
