Quality Talent Group is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for multiple specialties in a nonprofit health system serving numerous centers across several states. Positions include day and night shifts, with full-time and part-time options to fit flexible scheduling needs.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in their state (or compact license) and BLS certification, demonstrating the ability to work independently and with clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long‑term goals for patient outcomes.
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources.
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team‑based care.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.
