Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for multiple specialties to join a nonprofit health system with 600+ centers. Roles available Full Time and Part Time with Day/Night shifts, offering flexible scheduling and diverse clinical opportunities.

Responsibilities include providing comprehensive nursing care, monitoring medications, educating patients and families, and collaborating with a care team to achieve long‑term outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long-term goals for patient outcomes.
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources.
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team-based care.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.
