Quality Talent Group is assisting a nonprofit health system seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a patient‑focused team. The role offers day and night shifts, with opportunities across multiple specialties in a mission-driven setting.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, BLS certification, and demonstrates the ability to work independently and with others to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long-term goals for patient outcomes
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team-based care
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered
