Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Registered Nurse for Med/Surg/Telemetry in Cleveland for a 20-week onsite contract starting 9/25/2026. The role requires 18 months of MS/Tele experience, Ohio license or compact, and BLS/ACLS/NIHSS certifications. You may float to units J1-2, J33 and ED to care for the same patient population.

Shifts are night 12 hours with rotation, and orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate will be completed. Travel experience is acceptable.

Qualifications

• 18 months combined perm experience in Med/Surg/Tele.
• Ohio license or compact state license in hand.
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Med/Surg Tele RN with potential to float to J1-2, J33 and ED for same patient population.
• Night shift 12 hours, 3 days per week, 19:00–07:30 or 7:00–19:30.
• 20-week assignment with winter coverage and possible holiday rotations.

Night Shift 12 hours/day 3 days/week

Title: Registered Nurse/MS/Tele

Location: 9500 Euclid Ave Cleveland

Duration: 20 Weeks

Shift: Night (3x12 Hours) 19:00 7:30 / Day (3x12 Hours) 7:00 19:30

Med/Surg Tele RN. (Potential to float to units J1-2, J33 and ED to care for same patient population)

20 weeks to provide winter coverage, 13 weeks also accepted at this time!

D/N rotating shift: 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (Shifts may be variable, IF NEEDED TO MEET THE OPERATIONAL NEEDS OF THE HOSPITAL, Facility will do their best to honor travelers preferred shift but reserve the right to rotate them if necessary.)

MUST HAVE 18 months combined perm experience in specialty applying for (preferable to be within one location but can be combined)

MUST ALSO HAVE 18 months of RECENT MS/Tele experience - travel experience will suffice.

MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND

AHA or client BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required.

Traveler must work at least every other holiday.

ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
