Job summary

Henderson Hospital, part of Universal Health Services, seeks a skilled Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts. You will provide safe, patient-centered care in a busy acute care environment, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and uphold the hospital's standards and policies.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, Nevada RN license, BLS, and PALS or NRP as needed. BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. BSN preferred.
• One (1) year full time or three (3) years part time experience in acute care setting preferred
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada. Current BLS Certification. Current PALS Certification (pediatric patients) or current NRP Certification (Neonatal patients) as required by department. Other certification as may be required by facility, specialty or department.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. Oversees and guides employees that are under supervision. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
