Henderson Hospital, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shift. The role provides safe, competent nursing care and professional leadership to the healthcare team in a patient-centered environment.

The position requires graduation from an accredited nursing program with a Nevada RN license, BLS, and potentially PALS/NRP depending on department. BSN preferred; prior acute care experience is valued.

Job Description:

Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Oversees and guides employees that are under his/her supervision. Qualifications

Shift: FULL TIME NIGHTS

Education:

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. BSN preferred.

Experience:

One (1) year full time or three (3) years part time experience in acute care setting preferred

License/Certification:

Current RN license in the State of Nevada. Current BLS Certification. Current PALS Certification (pediatric patients) or current NRP Certification (Neonatal patients) as required by department. Other certification as may be required by facility, specialty or department.
