Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse - Mother Baby Supervisor in the Jackson, MI area. The role supports obstetric services, supervises Baby/Mother unit staff, and ensures safe, high-quality care for mothers and newborns.

The candidate will assist in c-sections, coordinate shifts, and manage nursery operations while upholding the facility’s standards and patient experience. Michigan RN licensure is required.

Qualifications

• RN Diploma or higher from an accredited school of nursing.
• Active and unrestricted Michigan RN license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in c-sections and obstetric procedures.
• Coordinate and supervise maternity nursing shifts and staff.
• Oversee nursery care and patient safety in the Mother Baby unit.

Education

RN Diploma degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing

Michigan RN license
