Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our night shift team. You will provide direct patient care, monitor for safety and comfort, and collaborate with a nursing team under RN supervision.

The position offers full-time hours, nights from 7 pm to 7:30 am with rotating weekends and holidays, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for professional development within a committed community health system.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing; if ADN is highest degree, must graduate with a BSN within five years of start date
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
• Current CPR through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS within six months of start date into position
• C-EFM within one year of start date into position
• NRP certification within six months of start date into position
• Two years of Mother Baby experience preferred

• Performs patient care tasks and procedures under supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide care, comfort and safety for patients

Job description

Hourly Pay Range:$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

Position Highlights

Location: Naperville , IL

Full Time: 36 hours/ week

Hours: Nights 7 pm to 7:30 am, rotating weekends and rotating holidays

What you will do

Under supervision of a Registered Nurse and according to established procedures, performs patient care tasks and patient care procedures necessary to provide for care, comfort and safety of patient.

What you will need

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing ; If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor?s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date (effective September 1, 2021)
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
• Current CPR through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within six months of start date into position
• Certificate of Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) within one year of start date into position
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within six months of start date into position
• 2 years of Mother Baby experience preferred
