Henry Ford Health in Detroit is seeking an experienced RN for night shift. This full-time role covers 36 hours per week and requires at least 1 year of RN experience.
You will provide leadership in coordinating and delivering quality patient care using the nursing process, assess and plan care, delegate and document, and communicate vital information to the health care team. The unit focuses on critical care, requiring collaboration with specialists to ensure exceptional outcomes for patients
Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family.
Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
Critical care is a crucial part of intensive care for many conditions. Specially trained nurses at Henry Ford Hospital work closely with other specialists to provide the highest level of care for patients hospitalized with severe health challenges.
