Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency seeks a Registered Nurse for our MICU to deliver high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill adults in a fast-paced environment.

You'll conduct comprehensive assessments, monitor for rapid changes, titrate medications and manage complex therapies, including ventilators and invasive lines. Collaborate with physicians and therapists, educate families, and participate in quality-improvement initiatives to uphold safety and inclusive care.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure and strong critical care nursing skills.
• Ability to manage high-risk patients, complex equipment, and medication titration.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork in interdisciplinary settings.
