SoftPath Medical is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) at multiple facilities in Florida. The role requires EPIC charting proficiency and a minimum MICU experience, with opportunities to support care across three hospitals within a 20-mile radius.

We welcome nurses new to MICU; start date aligns with orientation in 3–4 weeks. Candidates must hold BLS and ACLS; NIHSS must be completed before start.

Requirements

• Experience with EPIC is required.
• Start date aligns with the next available orientation, approximately 3-4 weeks from now.

• Current certifications required at application: AHA or Red Cross BLS and ACLS.
• NIHSS certification must be completed before starting.
• The nurse will float within their scope of practice to support facility needs, including coverage at three hospitals within a 20-mile radius.
• Block scheduling is not available.
• Local applicants are eligible and will receive the same pay rate.
• Pending licenses will not be accepted.
• All requested time off must be submitted with the application; late requests are unlikely to be approved.
• Travelers must be nicotine-free and pass a negative 10-panel drug screen including nicotine (cotinine) testing.
• Completion of time-sensitive EPIC training modules is required immediately after assignment confirmation.
