Job summary

Baystate Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for our Medical Surgical Unit in Greenfield, MA. The role includes patient care on a telemetry-enabled unit with collaborative interdisciplinary support and a focus on safety and quality. Work shifts include 7am-7:30pm with weekend rotation.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Nursing, Massachusetts RN license, and BLS certification, and are committed to ongoing professional development in a dynamic community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Massachusetts; BLS certification.
• Diploma in Nursing required.
• Must have successful completion of the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing examination.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on the Medical Surgical Unit.
• Monitor patients on telemetry and collaborate with care teams.
• Assist with coordinating care and discharge planning on assigned shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts BLS (can be obtained after offer) Education: Diploma in Nursing

The compensation range(s) in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.
