Job summary

Live Well Homecare in Georgia is seeking an RN for a Med Surg role on a multi-campus team. The nurse will provide high-quality, evidence-based care, coordinate with families, and lead safety initiatives.

You will work in a fast-paced clinical environment, using Epic and 3M systems, and participate in continuous performance improvement and research efforts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Valid RN license (single state or multi-state), BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience and proficiency with computer data entry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills; ability to remain calm in emergencies.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic tech tools; familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.
