• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact); BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years recent Med Surg experience with proficiency in computer data entry.
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and technical skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure with strong critical thinking and time management capabilities.
