Southern Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) to oversee healthcare services at the Sauk County Law Enforcement Center in Wisconsin. This full-time, on-site role offers a weekday schedule and on-call responsibilities, with sign-on and retention bonuses available.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current Wisconsin license.
• Experience leading nursing staff in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to operate in a correctional healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily healthcare operations and support the delivery of quality patient care.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff and healthcare team members.
• Help coordinate staffing, scheduling, and daily workflow to support facility needs.
• Monitor compliance with established policies, procedures, and clinical protocols.
• Support medication administration, nursing assessments, chronic care, and other essential healthcare services.
• Promote accurate, timely documentation and appropriate follow-up on patient care needs.
• Communicate with healthcare leadership and correctional facility personnel as needed.
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and professional healthcare environment.
• Respond to on-call needs and assist with clinical concerns outside regular working hours when required.
• Practice in accordance with applicable licensure requirements, clinical standards, and SHP policies.
