Job summary

Southern Health Partners, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced RN Medical Team Administrator to oversee clinical operations at Jefferson County Jail.

You will deliver direct patient care, coordinate daily healthcare services, and serve as the primary nursing leader for the facility. You’ll combine hands-on nursing with administrative responsibilities, ensuring continuity of care across shifts and collaborating with providers, correctional staff, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, assessments, and nursing interventions
• Coordinate daily healthcare operations and ensure continuity of care between shifts
• Serve as the primary nursing leader and clinical resource for the facility
• Collaborate with providers, correctional staff, and SHP leadership to deliver quality patient care
• Review documentation, monitor compliance, and maintain accurate medical records
• Support and coordinate activities with the facility‘s nursing staff member working the alternate rotation
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Participate in an on-call rotation to address clinical concerns, provide guidance, and support facility operations as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies, correctional healthcare standards, and regulatory requirements

This role includes participation in an on-call rotation to provide support and guidance as needed.
