Role:

Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, formulate and coordinate care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice, and engage in quality and safety initiatives.
