Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with MS experience: 2 years
• Licenses: RN (Compact accepted)

• SN required
• Date of Birth required
• Driver’s License copy on file
• UHS-specific employment history cover page completed with recruiter
• Two professional references within the last 2 years
• Flu vaccination required; declinations are not accepted
