Registered Nurse Medical Surgical (RN) - WI Float Pool

Position Overview

The WI Float Pool is seeking Medical Surgical Registered Nurses to join our versatile team of float nurses. Requirements include 1 year of Medical Surgical RN experience; 2 years preferred. Night shifts require scheduling two Fridays and 24 hours of weekend shifts every 6 weeks, all self-scheduled.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, plan and implement individualized care, and evaluate outcomes, involving patients and families in care planning.

• Coordinate discharge planning and apply evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in practicing state and BLS certification from the AHA.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
