Novant Health Scotts Hill Medical Center in Wilmington, NC is forming a brand-new Medical-Surgical unit. As a staff RN you’ll deliver patient-centered care on nights, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safety and quality from day one.

You'll participate in onboarding, learn a wide range of patient care tasks, and engage families in care planning while building skills in a supportive, teamwork-focused environment.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure current in the appropriate state.
• One year relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Location Details

• Location: 109 Scotts Hill Medical Dr, Wilmington, NC
• Schedule: Full-Time, 72 hours / 2 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7p-7a)

What We're Looking For

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
• If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
• Experience: One year relevant experience, preferred.
• Licensure/certification/registration: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
