Rutherford Regional Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical to join our inpatient unit. The RN will conduct assessments, participate in care planning, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, effective patient care.
This is a full-time night shift position (7a–7p), three 12-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends, offering a commitment bonus and comprehensive benefits to support employees' well-being and growth.
This position is eligible for a commitment bonus! $20,000 for experienced RNs, and $10,000 for new graduate RNs.

The 4th Surgical unit is an inpatient medical-surgical nursing unit providing post-operative care and recovery support for patients undergoing general, specialized, and minimally invasive or robotic-assisted surgical procedures. Nurses on this unit support patients through post-surgical recovery by providing monitoring, pain management, wound care, and ongoing assessment following inpatient or outpatient procedures. The team also cares for patients recovering from general surgeries such as hernia repairs, gallbladder removals, bowel resections, and advanced robotic-assisted procedures performed through the hospital's da Vinci Surgical System.
