Job summary

You will assess patient data, develop individualized plans, provide therapies, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet medical, social, and spiritual needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree (ADN) from an accredited nursing program, BSN preferred.
• Must hold an active Colorado RN license; CPR, ACLS and PALS certifications (or within 60 days of employment).
• Employment offers contingent upon background check, drug screen, and verification of immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver acute care and swing bed services per evidence-based practice.
• Assess and evaluate patient data to develop personalized care plans.
• Provide supportive therapies and restorative treatments to promote life and well-being.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams addressing medical, social, and spiritual needs with culturally appropriate care.
• Execute delegated medical functions and monitor therapy and treatment plans for efficacy.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all patient care activities.

Summary

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE

Minimum of an Associate’s Degree (ADN) from an accredited nursing program, BSN preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must maintain current, active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado. Must maintain current CPR. Must maintain current ACLS and PALS certification or within 60 days of employment.
