Job summary

Saint Luke’s Health System in the Kansas City region is seeking a dedicated RN to join the Med Surg team at Anderson County Hospital. This full-time night position offers 12-hour shifts and a chance to work with a small, close-knit group while making a meaningful impact on the community.

You will apply the nursing process, coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, and serve as a resource for new staff, demonstrating leadership and professional accountability in a supportive hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an Associate Degree.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Less than 1 year of applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
• Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team.
• Delegates tasks appropriately.
• Identifies hospital resources.
• Serves as a clinical resource for new employees.
• Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department.
