Job summary

Saint Luke's South is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Med Surg Intermediate team. You will provide patient-centered care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary health care team, using critical thinking and compassionate approaches to improve patient outcomes.

Qualified candidates will be considered for roles aligned with their experience and organizational needs. The role requires RN licensure and BLS certification, with both day and night shift opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate care for a group of patients and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Serve as a clinical resource for new employees and demonstrate leadership within the unit.
• Utilize the nursing process to deliver care and improve patient outcomes.
