Join Henry Ford Health as a Registered Nurse in the Medical Nursing Pulmonary Unit. This full-time day shift position is based at Henry Ford Health Genesys in Grand Blanc, Michigan.

Position Details

• Department: Medical Nursing Pulmonary Unit
• Schedule: Full Time Days, 7 am - 7:30 pm, with every other weekend off
• Location: Grand Blanc, Michigan

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using independent judgment, clinical skills, and the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within the framework of established nursing standards and patient-centered care principles.
• Educate patients and families, coordinate discharge planning, and collaborate with healthcare team members.
• Administer medications and treatments, perform procedures, and monitor patient responses.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained, including infection control and patient safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse credential from the Michigan Board of Nursing, obtained within 2 months of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, obtained within 3 months of hire.
• Graduate of an approved RN nursing program.
