Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Medical Group setting to provide nursing care under supervision of Practice Managers and Physicians.

Key duties include phone triage, test result management, med refills, and prior authorizations, plus communicating care plans and educating patients. You will handle patient messages in the EHR and accurately chart in Epic.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois nursing license; ASN minimum, BSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• At least one year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting.
