Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Medical Group setting, based in Skokie, IL. You will deliver patient-centered care under supervision of Practice Managers and Physicians, with focus on safety and compassion.

Responsibilities include phone triage, test result management, medication refills, prior authorizations, patient education, and charting in Epic EMR. Travel to other locations and flexible hours may be required for this full-time role.

Qualifications

• Current IL nursing license required.
• ASN minimum; BSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting.
