Qualifications

• 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required.
• Current Ohio RN License or Compact State RN License in hand at submission.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Must be willing to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start.
• Minimum one year of current acute care RN experience or military RN experience.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills.
• Must provide one recent manager/supervisor reference for the specialty.
• Must complete ECG Rhythm Recognition Testing and SafeMedicate Orientation during orientation.
• All start dates, scheduling information, and requested time off must be accurate and confirmed at submission.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or willingness to obtain within three years.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients safely.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
• Ability to perform medium-duty work, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Comfortable working in environments with potential exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluids.

Shift Options:

• Day Shift: 3 x 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• Night Shift: 3 x 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Night Shift: 4 x 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Flexible scheduling options available
