Incredible Health in Wildomar, CA is actively recruiting a Registered Nurse for Med Surg and Telemetry to support cardiac and general medical patients. You will perform patient assessments, monitor vitals, administer medications, and coordinate with the care team to ensure high-quality care.

Shifts include day and night, with full-time, part-time, and per diem employment options. A licensed RN with ADN/ASN or higher is required in California; telemetry experience is encouraged.

Formación

• Active California RN license required.
• ADN/ASN or higher from an accredited nursing program.
• Experience in Med Surg/Telemetry is encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care in Med Surg/Telemetry units.
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with health care team to ensure quality care.
