Description

Responsible for assessing and assisting with patient care.

Plans and documents nursing care tailored to patient needs.

Identifies and prioritizes patient care needs through comprehensive assessments.

Develops individualized care plans based on ongoing assessments.

Performs therapeutic interventions as needed.

Advocates for evidence-based practice standards.

Provides patient-centered care in line with professional nursing standards.

Qualifications

Required certifications: NIHSS, Telemetry, BLS-AHA, CEU Contact Stroke 4 Hours.

Must have a NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
