Responsibilities include admission assessments, medication administration, timely documentation, patient education, and responsive support to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and each shift, report changes.
• Administer medications, monitor responses, document care in chart.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up.
