Baptist Health in Kentucky is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med-Surg unit on PRN nights. The RN delivers direct patient care across age groups, following the nursing process.

Responsibilities include assessing status, planning, implementing and evaluating a care plan, and communicating patient information with the care team. Required ADN, Kentucky RN license, BCLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree in nursing is required.
• Active Kentucky RN license required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required.

Job Summary:

A registered nurse implements the nursing process for each patient/resident (pediatric to geriatrics depending onscope of care in the nursing department in which he/she works) assigned to his/her care.
