Beth Israel Lahey Health's Winchester Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Post Surgery A3 Team. The RN will conduct assessments, administer medications, monitor progress, and collaborate with physicians to plan optimal care for each patient in a Magnet-designated facility.

The role requires an RN license in Massachusetts, with BSN preferred, and experience in a unit-specific specialty is desirable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.

Job Description

Winchester Hospital, a member of Beth Israel Lahey Health, has a new registered nurse opening on our Post Surgery A3 Team. Be part of the mission to deliver exceptional personalized care within our Magnet-designated, Top 10 Massachusetts recognized 229-bed hospital. As a Registered Nurse for our Post Surgery A3 Team, you will be responsible for the following:

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
• Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required. Preferred: BSN requirement strongly encouraged.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.

Schedule: One 12 hour shift

Pay Range

$36.00 - $90.14

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
