Role:

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing process with evidence-based practices, coordinate with healthcare team members, and deliver patient-centered care. Key duties include performing assessments, developing individualized care plans, delegating tasks, monitoring patient responses, and ensuring legal and ethical standards are met.

Qualifications & Skills:

Current RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and a BSN are required. Less than 12 months of experience applicants must obtain a BSN within four years.
