Our Nurse Residency Program and specialty-specific orientation programs provide new nurses with increased clinical support and education during orientation.

Our network employs over 2,000 medical professionals and support staff at our main hospital in Northampton and additional locations across twelve towns in the Pioneer Valley. Cooley Dickinson’s VNA & Hospice provides vital home-based services throughout Hampshire and Franklin counties.
Schedule: 7:00 pm - 7:30 am; includes rotating weekends and holidays.
The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN directs and coordinates all nursing care based on established clinical standards and collaborates with other disciplines to ensure effective patient care and desired outcomes.
This position is part of the Massachusetts Nurses Association Bargaining Unit at Cooley Dickinson Hospital.
Reports to the Nurse Manager/Director and operates within organizational policies and procedures.
