Qualifications

• NIHSS certificate required within 90 days from date of hire and maintained.
• Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care in the medical-surgical setting under Nursing Leadership.
• Formulate a plan of care to meet identified patient/family needs using the nursing process.
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, adjust care plan, and coordinate continuum of care.
• Communicate changes in clinical condition to physicians and team.
