Mercyhealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care during night shifts on a 36-hour weekly schedule. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
The role requires an accredited nursing degree, RN licensure in the state of practice, and CPR/BLS certification within 90 days. Knowledge of safety, documentation, and patient-family education is essential.
Provides patient care by assessing needs, administering medications and treatments, creating individualized care plans, and documenting care. Works with the healthcare team, educates patients and families, promotes safety, and helps improve the quality of patient care.
