Job summary

Methodist Richardson Medical Center, a 443-bed acute care hospital serving Dallas and Collin counties, seeks a Registered Nurse for PRN night shifts. The role provides high-level nursing care using the nursing process, with responsibilities across assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, Texas RN license (or eligibility), current BLS certification, and at least 12 months of RN experience.

• Creates and maintains a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, staff, and facility.
• Ensures complete, accurate, and timely written communication of patient information.
• Provides safe, accurate, and timely medication and IV administration.
• Utilizes the nursing process to ensure quality patient care throughout the episode of care.
• Other duties as assigned.
