Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RN) to join our clinical care team. This role involves comprehensive assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation using the nursing process in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.

• Delegate nursing care tasks in compliance with the Texas Nursing Practice Act
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams

• Incorporate cultural, spiritual, and lifestyle differences into the plan of care
• Support a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment for all patients
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and advocate for patient needs

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and prioritize care effectively

Working Conditions

Physical: Frequent standing, walking, and lifting (20–50 lbs.)

Environment: Indoor clinical setting with occasional exposure to noise, dust, or fumes
