Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for Med Surg in the Bradenton, FL area. The role requires presence on-site with day or night shifts and full-time, part-time, or per diem options.

You will be part of a hospital team delivering bedside nursing care and collaborating with physicians and staff. The ideal candidate holds an ADN or higher, an active RN license, and at least 1 year of medical-surgical experience with BLS.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (state of practice) with no encumbrances.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and diverse patient populations.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs per physician orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
• Accurately document care, assessments and outcomes in the EMR.
