Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for Med Surg in Parker, CO. The role offers day and night shifts with flexible employment types including full-time, part-time, and per diem.

You will provide comprehensive nursing care, administer medications, monitor patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan discharges. Responsibilities include patient education on chronic and acute conditions, documentation in EMR, and contributing to a high standard of patient outcomes

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active RN license in Colorado.
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in medical-surgical setting.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations with acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, and implement physician-directed treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EMR per policies.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Cardiac patients, Couplet care, EKG monitoring, Educator, Fundal massage, Healing, Neuro patients, Oncology patients, Orthopedic patients, Ostomy care, PCA pumps , Traction & cast care, Tube feeding management, or Wound & drain care.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree (ADN) or above nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical or similar setting
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems

Salary: $62,030 to $101,547 /year
