Incredible Health hospitals in the Loveland, CO area are actively hiring for a Registered Nurse - Med Surg. The role supports diverse patient populations and requires a valid RN license with ADN or higher, BLS, and EMR proficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
• Accurately document patient care in EMR per hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Educate patients and their families on chronic and acute disease management, medical conditions, and post-discharge care
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, in compliance with hospital and departmental policies

Salary: $62,030 to $101,550 /year
