Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse - Med Surg in North Bergen, NJ. You will provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions, administer medications, monitor vitals, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and discharge planning.

Ideal candidates hold an ADN or higher, have an active RN license, 1 year of med-surg experience, BLS certification, and EMR proficiency.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher is required.
• Active RN license in the state.
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in med-surg.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patients with acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vitals and implement physician-directed plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and facilitate discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
• Document all care activities accurately in the EMR per policies.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Cardiac patients, Couplet care, EKG monitoring, Educator, Fundal massage, Healing, Neuro patients, Oncology patients, Orthopedic patients, Ostomy care, PCA pumps , Traction & cast care, Tube feeding management, or Wound & drain care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or above nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license

Salary: $70,920 to $117,990 /year
