Incredible Health in Jackson, MI is actively hiring a Registered Nurse for Med Surg on day or night shifts. The role requires an ADN or higher nursing degree, an active RN license, at least 1 year of med-surg experience, and BLS certification.

Proficiency with electronic medical records is essential. You will provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patients, administer medications, monitor vitals, and collaborate with the care team to support discharge planning.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical setting.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills across assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality care and facilitate discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on chronic and acute disease management and post-discharge care.
