Incredible Health is actively recruiting for a Registered Nurse - Med Surg in the Jackson, MI area to join a high-quality hospital team. You will provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, administer medications, monitor vitals, and collaborate with physicians and staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates have an ADN or higher, an active RN license, BLS, and proficiency with EMR systems, with at least one year of medical-surgical experience.

Formación

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active RN license (unencumbered).
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in medical-surgical or similar setting.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and facilitate discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on chronic and acute disease management, and post-discharge care.
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care in accordance with hospital policies.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Cardiac patients, Couplet care, EKG monitoring, Educator, Fundal massage, Healing, Neuro patients, Oncology patients, Orthopedic patients, Ostomy care, PCA pumps , Traction & cast care, Tube feeding management, or Wound & drain care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or above nursing
