Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for Medical-Surgical units in Katy, TX. Shifts available include day, night, and mid shifts with full-time, part-time, and per diem options. Expect collaborative care, patient education, and consistent documentation in EMR.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations with acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement physician-directed treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on chronic and acute disease management and post-discharge care.
• Document all patient care activities accurately in EMR and comply with policies.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Cardiac patients, Couplet care, EKG monitoring, Educator, Fundal massage, Healing, Neuro patients, Oncology patients, Orthopedic patients, Ostomy care, PCA pumps , Traction & cast care, Tube feeding management, or Wound & drain care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or above nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical or similar setting
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
