Position Title: RN Cardiac Telemetry Services

Location: Independence, MO

Shift Availability: Full-Time - Days & Nights (12-Hour Shifts) - Rotating Weekends

Position Summary:

Our Registered Nurses provide clinical expertise and high-quality, compassionate care. The Medical Surgical Unit cares for adult patients with various medical, surgical, cardiac, or neurologic conditions. The diverse Med Surg environment offers opportunities to expand your knowledge, including monitoring for post-surgical urology and vascular patients. This Level I Trauma Facility primarily handles stable patients, with fewer drips and sicker-than-average Med/Surg patients.

Job Department:

• Med/Surg (Specialty Units include Neuro, Ortho, Nephrology)
• Number of Beds per Unit: 49
• Nurse to Patient Ratio: 6:1

Education:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school with an ADN or BSN degree.

License/Certifications:

• Must be licensed as a registered nurse in the state(s) of practice or hold an active compact license.
• BLS certification required upon hire.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required.
